A key component of the system is its integration with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Smart Invoice framework. This enables compliant invoice generation, submission, and tracking directly from within the platform — ensuring that firms meet regulatory requirements without relying on external tools.
Technically, the platform is built as a multi-tenant system, allowing multiple law firms to operate independently within the same infrastructure while maintaining strict data separation. The architecture supports scalability, security, and future integrations, including payment systems and advanced reporting.
